Loved: The Opening Credits
source // 20th Century Fox
It says a lot about how good the opening credits are for them to make it onto this best and worst list. Set against a slow-mo backdrop of Deadpool causing all kinds of carnage inside a moving car, the cast and crew flash up onscreen – except it’s not their names which appear. Instead we’re told things like a “talentless hack” is the director, or “the real stars of the movie” wrote the script. It’s completely tongue-in-check, self aware and totally encapsulates all of the film’s positives, setting the perfect mood for the next hour and forty minutes.
